RETURN POLICY:

Due to the nature of our boutique and limited inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.

Please ensure you carefully review sizing, product descriptions, and photos before placing your order.

We hope you love every piece you receive from us, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery at magnoliablushms@gmail.com.

To ensure we can assist you promptly, please include clear photos of the issue and use “URGENT – [Your Order Number]” as the subject line.

Our team will make it right with care and urgency — because you deserve nothing less.

SHIPPING POLICY:

At Magnolia Blush MS, we strive to ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary based on location, but typically range from 3–7 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

No changes to orders only order cancellations within 24 hours of order placed. 

For a seamless and personalized experience, all customer service inquiries are handled exclusively via email at magnoliablushms@gmail.com.

Please note that we do not offer support through social media platforms. This ensures every concern is addressed thoroughly and with the attention it deserves.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES:

Once your package is marked as “delivered” by USPS or UPS but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you file a claim directly with the carrier, as Magnolia Blush MS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Carriers will initiate an investigation, often starting with the driver, to determine if the package was misdelivered — which is frequently the case.

For added peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting “Signature Required” at checkout if you’ve experienced issues with missing packages in the past. This ensures that someone at your address must sign for the delivery, helping to prevent theft or mishandling.

Please note:
If a claim is submitted through PayPal, tracking information is automatically provided and will show that the package was delivered. Magnolia Blush MS will only offer a replacement or refund if tracking confirms the item was lost or delayed in transit — not for packages marked as delivered to mailbox, porch, front door, or reception.
